Hello all. We are looking for an experienced People and Culture Advisor to step into a part-time role (3 days per week - 22.8hours) for a 9-month mat leave cover. This position is based on the Gold Coast with a well established, values-driven organisation that provides essential support services across the community.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their HR work, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, performance management, and training coordination. You will play a key role in supporting both operations and employee wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and orientation of office staff
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
Support managers with performance reviews, probation processes, and improvement planning
Coordinate training and development plans; manage LMS reporting and compliance
Provide timely, accurate advice on HR policies, employee relations and Fair Work compliance
About you:
Current and clear Criminal Record Check
Relevant Human Resources qualification or related field
Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, industrial relations, and employee relations
Practical application of contemporary HR practices including workforce planning and employee relations
Current driver’s licence
