About the Role:

As a Painter Blaster, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying protective coatings to a variety of structures and equipment. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to quality will ensure the longevity and durability of our client's assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform abrasive blasting to clean and prepare surfaces for painting.
• Apply various protective coatings, including primers, undercoats, and topcoats, using appropriate techniques and equipment (e.g., spray guns, brushes, rollers).
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and in accordance with safety regulations.
• Maintain and clean blasting and painting equipment.
• Conduct quality checks on completed work.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Adhere to all site safety procedures and guidelines.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Painter Blaster.
• A strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in blasting and painting.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Relevant certifications and licenses (e.g., Blasting Ticket, Working at Heights - desirable).
• Current driver's license and reliable transportation.
