About the Role
As the Executive Assistant to the Principal, you’ll provide high-level administrative and organisational support, managing the Principal’s calendar, correspondence, and daily priorities. Your professionalism, discretion, and proactive approach will be essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Principal’s office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the leadership team.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and reports.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodations and itineraries.
- Assist in drafting and editing documents, presentations, and correspondence.
- Act as a liaison between leadership, staff, students, and parents.
- Handle communication and correspondence with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure information is accessible.
- Support special projects, events, and initiatives as required.
About You
To excel in this role, you will bring:
- Proven experience in an administrative or personal assistant role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A high level of professionalism and discretion with sensitive information.
- A proactive, flexible approach and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Passion for education and supporting young adolescents (highly regarded).
