Business Support Administrator

About the Role:
As a Business Support Administrator, you will be the backbone of our clients operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of their daily business activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry & Management: Maintain and update business records with precision and accuracy. Your strong data entry skills and meticulous attention to detail are crucial for ensuring data integrity.
- Customer & Client Support: Act as the first point of contact for inquiries, providing timely and professional assistance. You will use your customer service expertise to handle a range of queries, provide information, and resolve any issues with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Communication: Utilise your excellent written and verbal communication skills to correspond with clients, stakeholders, and team members. You will draft professional correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Digital Proficiency: Leverage your proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other digital tools to streamline processes and manage administrative tasks efficiently.
- Confidentiality: Uphold a high level of professionalism and discretion, with a strong understanding of privacy and confidentiality protocols.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in an administrative or business support role.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrable customer service expertise, including handling inquiries, providing information, and resolving complaints.
- The ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
- A professional approach with a strong understanding of privacy and confidentiality.
