About the Role
In this pivotal role, you’ll support the operational performance of the business by ensuring the accuracy of service data, reconciling subcontractor works, analysing discrepancies, and updating internal systems to reflect completed work. This is a role that calls for someone who is solutions-focused, highly detail-oriented, and capable of coordinating with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain service integrity.
Key Responsibilities
... - Analyse work orders and investigate discrepancies in service data to ensure accurate billing and reporting
- Liaise with vendors and subcontractors to verify completed works and resolve issues
- Raise purchase orders and assist with invoice reconciliation, including disposal and subcontractor charges
- Allocate and update internal resources within the ERP system to ensure services are correctly coded to the appropriate jobs and cost centres
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client service requests are fulfilled accurately and efficiently
- Support operational reporting by maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to the distribution of pre-formatted reports
- Maintain and uphold data integrity across operational and financial systems
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in an operational administration or data-focused support role
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies
- Familiarity with purchase orders, billing processes, and service allocation
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders
- Experience using ERP systems (SAP or similar highly regarded)
- Industry experience in logistics, environmental services, or blue-collar operations preferred
