Randstad is proud to partner with a leading provider of construction and strategic building maintenance services for the Queensland Government. We’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor for an immediate start in Toowoomba.
This role plays a crucial part in delivering construction, upgrade, and maintenance works across regional assets — combining technical knowledge, stakeholder coordination, and strong site supervision.
What You’ll Do
As a Supervisor, you will:
- Manage and coordinate project planning and delivery activities

Supervise contractors and trade staff on site
Scope work, prepare estimates and accurate project documentation
Oversee contract administration across a range of preventative maintenance services
Conduct condition assessments and ensure compliance with WHS legislation
Undertake on-site safety inspections, including plant and equipment audits
Support the development of both office and field staff
Ensure safe work method statements and risk assessments are in place
Travel throughout the region as needed (including occasional overnight stays)
What You’ll Bring
- Trade background (highly desirable)
- Construction industry trade qualification preferred
- Significant supervisory experience in maintenance and construction
- Strong understanding of procurement, technical specifications, and service frequencies
- WHS knowledge with a current General Safety Induction (White Card)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel (Vehicle and accomodation provided on travel days)

- Hold a Current Builders Supervisors Licence - Highly Regarded
- A current Open Class C Driver's Licence (Queensland) or equivalent.
- Criminal history check prior to appointment
