Key Responsibilities:
Assist with travel arrangements, diary management, and meeting coordination for the CEO
Provide general admin support such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation
Help with day-to-day office operations and ensure the workspace runs smoothly
Support the wider team as needed with ad hoc tasks and projects
Key Skills:
Strong organisation and time management
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively
Confident with Microsoft Office and general computer use
Qualifications:
No formal qualifications required – recent graduates welcome
Certificate in Business (or similar) a bonus but not essential
