This is a unique role, hybrid position combining administrative duties with outdoor nursery work. You'll play a key role in keeping the operations run smoothly - both behind the desk and among the plants!
Responsibilities include:
- Order dispatching
- Delivery invoices
- Booking deliveries and coordinating with suppliers
- General office upkeep and support
- Packing products
- Manufacturing
- General help aorund the Nursery
To be successful in the role you will need:
- Proven experience in using Quickbooks
- Good communication
- Ability to stick to tight deadlines
- Calm demenure and the ablities to stay focused under pressure
- Proven use of Microsoft office
- Good organisation skills
What we can offer:
This role will be 50% Admin and 50% nursery work. We are looking for an experienced Office administrator, that has an interest in plants and doesn't mind getting their hands dirty.
The role will be over 4days per week, with Friday as your RDO and approximatley 30hrs per week.
This is an ongoing permanent role on a casual contract and the hours may increase over time.
