This is an exciting opportunity for a National Account Manager (12-Month Maternity Cover).
Are you a seasoned Recruitment Leader or Account Manager with a talent for forging powerful relationships and driving business growth? We have a unique opportunity for you to join our Talent Strategy & Advisory team as a National Account Manager.
In this pivotal 12-month role (maternity leave cover), you won't just manage accounts—you'll become a strategic partner to our most valuable clients in the dynamic construction and infrastructure sector. Your mission will be to identify new opportunities and deliver innovative talent solutions that directly contribute to some of the nation's most critical projects.
What you'll do:
- Drive growth: You'll be responsible for significant revenue and GP growth by creating and executing strategic account plans for a portfolio of our top-tier clients.
- Forge connections: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with senior executives, including line, HR, procurement, and talent teams.
- Create impact: Collaborate with colleagues across the business to develop and present compelling value propositions that solve complex challenges for our clients.
- Lead the way: Act as a strategic advisor, providing key insights and thought leadership during client reviews and presentations.
Who we're looking for:
We need a proactive, results-oriented professional who is ready to make a significant impact. You'll have:
- Proven experience in business development and account growth with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets in the recruitment industry.
- Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills to effectively work with both internal and external stakeholders.
- The ability to communicate with and build rapport with a wide range of individuals, from senior leaders to on-site project teams.
