Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Machine Design and concept development.
- Project Management including liaising directly with clients and managing project schedules.
- Executing Research and Development (R&D) initiatives.
- Conducting Risk Assessment (AS4024) and upholding Quality Assurance standards.
- Utilizing hands-on skills in the workshop for assembly, testing, and crucial problem-solving.
- Travel will be required for machinery installation, client training, and commissioning.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in automation machinery, packaging equipment, or similar industrial applications.
- Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering Qualifications
- Experience in the field of Automation required
- Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD/Inventor with a proven ability to create Mechanical Designs, Pneumatic Circuits, Electrical Schematics
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for client and team engagement.
- A high level of self-motivation, reliability, and thorough commitment to project success.
- Knowledge of PLC programming and motion control is a significant advantage.
