The Role
Are you a Data-Driven Marketing Operations Specialist with a knack for SQL? We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join their APAC Marketing Automation & Operations team. In this role, you will be the linchpin that connects data to multi-channel campaigns, enabling seamless go-to-market delivery across platforms like email, SMS, and push notifications.
You'll play a crucial role in ensuring campaign data is accurate, timely, and aligned with targeting requirements. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on solving problems, has strong technical skills, and is comfortable collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders to achieve operational excellence.
What You'll Be Doing
Data Preparation: Use your SQL expertise to extract and prepare data for a variety of marketing campaigns, including lead nurture and lifecycle journeys.
Translate Requirements: Convert campaign use cases into clear data onboarding requirements, identifying the correct source tables and fields needed.
Collaborate for Success: Work closely with their analytics and data teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of data into marketing platforms such as Eloqua or Salesforce.
Validate and Verify: Run meticulous data validations to ensure audience segmentation and logic are perfectly aligned with campaign targeting needs.
Maintain Consistency: Document data dictionaries and create operational runbooks to support and maintain operational consistency across the team.
What You'll Bring to the Role
Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in a campaign operations, data onboarding, or marketing automation role.
SQL Proficiency: You're comfortable writing complex queries, joining datasets, filtering, and aggregating data.
Platform Familiarity: Experience with major marketing platforms like Eloqua, Salesforce, or Marketo is a big plus.
Problem-Solving Skills: A keen eye for detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Collaborative Spirit: The ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across marketing, analytics, and engineering teams.
