We've partnered with a rapidly growing IT consulting and managed services firm that's looking for a driven, hands-on Marketing Manager to own their lead generation and brand evolution. This is a standalone role where you'll build and execute the marketing function, working closely with their sales team to drive pipeline and revenue.
What You'll Do:
... Lead Generation Campaigns: Design, execute, and optimize end-to-end quarterly campaigns focused on generating qualified leads for the sales team.
Sales Enablement: Create essential content and materials (case studies, presentations, landing pages, LinkedIn posts) that directly support outbound sales efforts.
Brand & Content Management: Evolve the brand voice, maintain their website, and develop compelling content across various channels.
Event Marketing: Manage their presence at industry events and webinars, ensuring effective pre- and post-event engagement to capture leads.
Performance Tracking: Own marketing performance reporting, define KPIs (SQLs, meetings booked), and iterate based on data to achieve targets.
System Implementation: Take the lead in setting up and optimizing marketing systems, including HubSpot and Apollo.
What We're Looking For:
Proven Campaign Success: Demonstrated ability to design and execute successful marketing campaigns that deliver measurable outcomes, ideally in the IT sector.
Results-Oriented: A strong focus on KPIs and a history of achieving lead generation and pipeline goals.
Hands-on & Autonomous: You're a self-starter who thrives in an autonomous role, capable of building structure and taking initiative.
Sales Collaboration: Experience working directly with sales/outbound teams in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment.
Content & Copywriting Skills: Strong ability to create clear, effective marketing messages and content.
IT Industry Experience: Prior experience in the IT services, consulting, or technology industry is essential.
Melbourne Based: Available to work 3-4 days per week from their Melbourne office (St Kilda Road/CBD surrounds).
