About the Role:
Reporting to the Consumer Marketing Manager on a 6 month contract, you will be instrumental in executing dynamic multi-channel marketing initiatives. This role requires a hands-on marketer with a minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, ideally at an Assistant Brand or Campaign Manager level. Key Responsibilities
- Posting content across our social media channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Partnering with creative agencies to develop and update marketing content and collateral for both B2C and B2B2C audiences.
- Liaising with our digital agency to implement digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborating with internal digital and CRM teams to manage website updates and brief email campaigns.
- Coordinating the approval process for marketing assets with various internal stakeholders.
- Assisting with budget management, including creating purchase orders and submitting invoices.
- Managing inquiries related to marketing collateral and printing.
- Uploading digital assets to our internal systems.
- Providing support to the Consumer Marketing Manager on day-to-day campaign execution and administrative tasks as needed.
Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated experience working effectively with marketing agencies, particularly digital and creative agencies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate with external partners.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms, with ideal experience in Facebook/Meta and YouTube.
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including external customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- A strong aptitude for learning new internal systems quickly (e.g., Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, Windchill).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and execute multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A passion for working with products and brands that enhance quality of life.
- Experience with Salesforce is highly regarded.
- Previous experience within the pharmaceuticals, life sciences, medical device, or healthcare industries.
