About the Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will be supporting a portfolio of business units across the group. You will work closely with non-financial stakeholders to interpret data, guide performance conversations, and ensure commercial decisions are grounded in clear financial insights. Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare and review monthly management reports, including P&L, balance sheet, and reconciliations
- Partner with operational leaders and non-financial stakeholders across multiple sites to improve financial understanding and accountability
- Provide analysis on variances, business trends, and opportunities to drive performance
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning across the group
- Contribute to ongoing process and system improvements as the business scales and evolves
Ideal Profile
- You will be CA/CPA qualified, coupled with 3+ years experience within the hospitality industry
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong, effective relationships across all departments
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach when working with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Highly organised, analytical, and solutions-oriented, with a proactive mindset
