This isn't your average call centre role. While you will handle some calls, you will be a Live Chat Specialist, managing up to three customer conversations simultaneously. The Work Model
First 100 Days: Full in-office attendance to ensure you are fully supported through your training and induction.
Post-100 Days: Move to a Hybrid Model (3 days in office / 2 days WFH).
The Roster: Initially 9am–5pm, moving to a rotating roster (Monday–Friday, 8.5-hour shifts between 8am and 8pm).
What You’ll Be Doing
As the first point of contact for retail banking customers, you will:
Master the Chat: Manage multiple live chat windows, providing clear, concise, and empathetic responses.
Problem Solve: Handle enquiries regarding transaction/savings accounts and general banking needs.
Multi-Task: Transition between live chat, phone calls, and email seamlessly.
Stay Agile: Adapt to frequent product and system changes in a fast-paced environment.
Own the Outcome: Identify risks, escalate technical issues, and ensure every customer feels valued.
