Key Responsibilities
As a mechanic for this top-tier brand, you will be responsible for:
Diagnosing and repairing both mechanical and electrical issues on a fleet of high-tech vehicles.
Performing scheduled maintenance, preventative servicing, and safety checks to manufacturer standards.
Utilising advanced diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot complex faults, particularly with high-voltage systems and EV components.
Conducting test drives to ensure all repairs are complete and vehicles are in optimal condition.
Providing excellent customer service by clearly explaining technical issues and repair processes to customers.

Key Skills & Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a qualified mechanic in a similar role. This experience should include a demonstrated ability to perform a broad range of tasks on various light vehicles.
A Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or an equivalent, nationally recognized trade qualification.
Exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with proven experience using modern diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues.
A strong understanding of high-voltage systems and a keen interest in learning and adapting to electric vehicle (EV) technology.
A deep commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship, ensuring all work complies with Australian WHS (Work Health and Safety) standards.
A valid and current Australian driver's licence.
Excellent communication skills to clearly explain technical issues to both colleagues and customers.
