Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
Providing high-level legal and administrative support to Partners and senior fee earners
Preparing, formatting and editing legal documents, contracts and correspondence
Managing diaries, booking meetings and coordinating travel
Handling billing processes, file management and client communications
Liaising confidently with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1 + years’ experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary (preferably in commercial or insurance law)
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong communication and a proactive, team-first mindset
Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal practice management systems
