As our Leading Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in establishing the academic and cultural foundations of Al Zahra Academy. You'll work closely with the leadership team, mentor junior staff, and contribute directly to the development of our curriculum and school policies.
The Role:
Lead and inspire a team of educators to deliver high-quality teaching and learning.
Mentor and support early career teachers.
Contribute to the development of a positive, inclusive, and thriving school culture.
Assist in curriculum development and implementation.
Take on a leadership role in a specific key learning area or school initiative.
Implement Daily Lessons in Primary School Classroom.
