Our client, a well-regarded construction company based at Melbourne Airport, is seeking immediate support due to a reduction in current CA capacity.

What you’ll be doing:
Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
Managing and reviewing variations
Preparing and typing contract templates
Handling data entry and project documentation
Supporting with construction insurances and liability requirements
About you:
Experience in commercial construction is essential
Strong administration background – either as a Senior Administrator or Junior CA
Knowledge of construction insurances and limits of liability
High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
Confident with systems, data entry, and reporting
