The Role:

We’re looking for an experienced agency recruiter to take ownership of a well-established banking and finance portfolio, specialising in operations roles across admin, processing, and customer service.

You’ll be partnering with some of Australia’s most recognised banking & financial institutions to source talent for banking operations positions. This is a well established desk with long-standing client relationships, consistent job flow, and strong candidate pipelines—perfect for someone who knows how to deliver quality recruitment solutions in a fast-paced, high-demand space.
