Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Internal Audit, you'll be responsible for delivering independent and objective assurance to the senior leadership team and the board. You’ll lead risk-based audits and special assignments that help shape the company’s strategic direction and strengthen governance across the business. Key responsibilities include:

• Plan, lead, and deliver internal audits and reviews in line with internal methodologies and professional auditing standards.
• Manage the end-to-end audit lifecycle, including scoping, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up.
• Evaluate risk management and internal control frameworks, and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare clear, concise audit reports with actionable recommendations.
• Foster strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Monitor and validate remediation of audit findings.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in audit processes and tools.
• Stay informed on emerging risks, regulatory developments, and industry best practices.

Ideal Profile

• Proven experience in a senior internal or external audit role, ideally within financial services.
• Strong understanding of risk frameworks, governance, and regulatory obligations
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Capable of working autonomously while collaborating closely with executive leadership
