This short-term contract offers the chance to work on a meaningful project that supports professional capability building at scale. You'll contribute across all stages of the learning lifecycle – from research and consultation to content creation and digital strategy – all while collaborating with a highly engaged team.
Conduct learning needs analysis including desktop review, survey design, and stakeholder engagement
Support the design and development of competency frameworks
Refresh and develop training resources – including webinars, video content, guides and course materials
Contribute to a content strategy for a redeveloped website and help organise learning materials for digital access
Create tools, templates, and documentation to support efficient program delivery
Provide expert learning advice to internal teams and external facilitators
Assist with communication planning and resource branding
Proven experience in instructional design or L&D consulting (public or private sector)
Strong capability in learning design, content development, and adult education principles
Confident conducting research, analysing data, and translating findings into actionable learning solutions
Familiarity with competency frameworks and digital learning resource design
Excellent written communication, organisation, and attention to detail
Bonus if you have exposure to the public sector, environmental, sustainability or infrastructure projects
