Key duties and responsibilities
- Maintain integrated schedules, RAID logs and dependency maps across all cyber-uplift work-packages
- Prepare project status reports, project board packs and ad-hoc briefs
- Coordinate risk and issue workshops; track mitigation actions through to closure
- Administer program controls in Jira and SharePoint; ensure artefacts meet PMO standards
- Facilitate weekly planning for technical streams
- Organise stakeholder meetings, minutes and action tracking (internal and vendor)
- Provide secretariat support to the project board
- Assist with benefits realisation tracking and KPI reporting to comply with Australian Government Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) and ASD ISM reporting obligations
Technical skills
- Experience in project / PMO support within cyber security, ICT infrastructure or enterprise systems uplift programs.
- Demonstrated ability to create and maintain integrated schedules, RAID logs and status reports.
- Proven experience supporting Australian Government projects.
- An understanding of PSPF, ASD ISM and Essential 8 compliance drivers.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, succinct executive briefs and steering-pack artefacts.
