Key Accountabilities:
- Lead the management and continuous improvement of HR systems and platforms (e.g. HRIS, recruitment, benefits)
- Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, and exits
- Drive the development and implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with legislation
- Manage vendor relationships and service delivery (e.g. benefits, health services)

Support employee wellbeing initiatives including EAP and salary packaging
Deliver insightful HR reporting and contribute to strategic workforce planning
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in HR operations within a complex or changing environment.
- Strong project management and systems experience, especially in technology and process transformation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
