Our client, a leading IT professional services provider, is seeking an experienced and organised HR Operations Advisor to manage and support the Associates (Graduates) embedded within their client environments. While working closely with Account Managers, this role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operational flow of the associates, including administrative tasks, training follow-up, and general well-being, enabling their successful integration and development.
Responsibilities:
- Be the primary contact for Associates (Graduates) on client sites
- Conduct weekly check-ins and address associate queries.
- Manage administrative tasks: time sheets, leave, on boarding/off boarding.
- Track and support Associate training and development.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders.
- Champion a positive team culture and well-being.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience in workforce management, HR admin, or HR operational support (consulting/professional services preferred).
- Exceptional organisational, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks (time sheet, leave management).
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
