A unique permanent opportunity has become available to join a Global business in their collaborative HR team. Reporting straight to the HR Director you will be responsible for partnering with local and global management teams.
As the HR Manager you will play a key role in this HR team and build strong relationships, employee engagement across the business. Leading the day to day operations of the HR department, ensuring high-quality service delivery. You will also be part of HR projects and initiatives. You will provide coaching, guidance, and strategic advice to managers across all functions on employment law, HR policies, and employee relations.
To be successful in this role you have previous experience in a similar HR position. Experience in blue and white collar businesses, Solid understanding of current employment legislation and HR best practice.
