We're looking for an HR Generalist for a 12 month opportunity, providing essential operational guidance and support to managers and staff. This is a great opportunity for a proactive and experienced HR professional to work closely with various teams and contribute to a positive work environment.
In this role, you will be the go-to person for a wide range of HR matters, advising on best practices and helping to resolve staff issues. You will be a key player in ensuring people operations run smoothly and effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
... - Advising and guiding managers on all HR topics, including recruitment, performance management, and workplace relations.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Providing support on change management and talent acquisition efforts.
- Conducting HR audits and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborating with various internal teams and specialists to deliver comprehensive HR solutions.
About you:
- Strong background in a People/HR role with a sound understanding of HR principles.
- Proven ability to provide clear and practical advice to managers and staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience handling a wide range of HR functions.
- Experience with Enterprise Agreements and workplace relations essential.
Work Arrangements:
- Hybrid | 3 days on site, 2 days WFH
- Salary circa. $110,000k p/a
