In this role, you'll provide comprehensive HR consultancy, advisory, and transactional services across the business. You'll be a key partner in delivering people services, driving workforce planning, and leading important change projects.
What You'll Do
- Lead Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring we attract top talent while adhering to government policies and legislation.
- Provide Expert Advice: Serve as a trusted advisor to the business, interpreting awards, agreements, and legislation to guide best practice and continuous improvement in performance.
- Manage HR Operations: Oversee various HR processes including performance management, employment contracts, and grievances.
- Develop Strategy: Help develop, implement, and evaluate people strategies, policies, and practices that align with organisational goals.
- Support Employee Growth: Coordinate learning and development initiatives, including managing the LMS (ELMO), to develop staff and foster continuous improvement.
- Handle Data & Reporting: Prepare briefing notes and reports for various departments and agencies.
- Contribute to Our Culture: Coordinate initiatives that support our Strategic Workforce and Diversity Plan, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and equitable workplace.
