This role supports the Australia human resources team by providing strategic and operational people-focused solutions that align with our company's goals. You'll play a vital part in managing our talent, promoting business growth, and ensuring we have the right people in the right roles. As a key link between our business units and the HR department, you'll help address a variety of needs, from performance and career development to compensation and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and put into practice HR solutions that meet business needs across Australia and New Zealand
- Advise on HR policies and help create new ones, including manpower plans and training programs
- Contribute to analysing employee turnover and developing strategies to maintain talent
- Help design departmental structures and staffing plans.
- Maintain and update job descriptions, organisational charts, and employee life-cycle documentation.
Qualifitations and Skills:
- Degree in HR or related field
- Knowledgeable in HR practices including staffing, talent development, compensation & benefits, and labor law
- Willingness to travel based on business needs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
