The Business Partner plays a vital role in supporting Senior Business Partners to deliver effective, generalist HR services aligned with the organisation’s strategic goals. This includes contributing to all stages of the employee lifecycle—such as recruitment, performance management, employee relations, change management, and remuneration. The role is instrumental in promoting diversity, engagement, and talent development, and is involved in the implementation of workforce planning, organisational change, and people-focused projects. By coaching managers through complex employee matters and promoting early intervention, the Business Partner ensures people concerns are handled with sensitivity and effectiveness.
In addition to advisory responsibilities, the Business Partner ensures consistent processes and continuous improvement across HR practices. They manage core compliance tasks, coordinate key initiatives and team meetings, maintain business partnering documentation, and ensure a structured onboarding process for new team members. As the first point of contact for escalated Tier 2 people queries, the Business Partner also plays a central role in data analysis, reporting, and document management, ultimately supporting a cohesive and strategic approach to People, Culture & Engagement initiatives.
