We are seeking an experienced HR Partner in mining, manufacturing or heavy industry who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working with a diverse and collaborative team of operations staff.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Partner with the business to provide HR advisory support and coaching on people matters including workforce planning, performance management, talent development, employee relations and change management.
- Analyse and monitor workforce trends to identify leading trends for the operational workgroup and support the delivery of proactive strategies in response.
- Provide direct HR support to operational leaders, helping them manage their daily tasks and drive positive culture initiatives within their teams.
- Develop and maintain professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of quality services.
- Actively collaborate with the broader HR team to drive the continuous improvement of our service delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Tertiary qualification in human resources or related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in human resources within mining or other related heavy industries.
- Proven ability to build and maintain collaborative partnerships with employees and management.
- Skilled in using influence to gain buy-in and drive change.
- Sound experience in Employee Relations, including interpreting and advising on Entreprise Agreements.
- Skilled in applying logic and critical thinking to resolve workplace challenges.
- Experience using HRIS platforms such as Workday.
- Valid C class driver’s licence.
