As a HR Mobility Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting employee movements across the organisation. You will manage the Mobility team inbox, liaise with line managers to ensure all required paperwork is completed, support internal and external audits of personnel files, and assist with the development and documentation of mobility process guidelines.
You will also be responsible for generating and maintaining employment contracts and related documents with accuracy and speed, ensuring data integrity within HR systems like SAP.
What you will do:
Coordinate and manage mobility related administrative tasks
Follow up with line managers to complete paperwork and ensure compliance
Support internal and external audits of personnel files
Assist in creating and updating mobility process guidelines
Generate and maintain employment contracts and agreements
Ensure accurate and confidential recording of mobility data in SAP

About you:
You are organised, detail focused, and confident managing confidential information. You communicate well with a variety of stakeholders and have experience in HR administration / mobility functions. Familiarity with SAP or similar HR systems is a bonus!
