Your New Role
As one of the Hospital Sales Representatives in VIC, your role will be to achieve sales targets and drive product uptake by executing highly effective customer engagement strategies with healthcare professionals (HCPs) in oncology hospital settings.
The role requires individuals to utilise their expert therapeutic knowledge, commercial acumen, and strong field execution to grow product awareness, formulary access, and responsible use of medicines aligned with marketing and compliance standards.
Your Roles & Responsibilities
- Sales Effectiveness: Achieve sales, call volume, and frequency targets by delivering compliant, customer-focused engagements. Tailor call objectives, apply approved messaging and materials, and ensure time in field maximises opportunities.
- Territory Planning & Execution: Maintain a dynamic Territory Operational Plan. Deliver high-quality educational meetings and workshops, support formulary access initiatives, and coordinate with KOLs and speakers.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders. Address enquiries and swiftly
- Compliance & Administration: Ensure timely and accurate use of the CRM system, including call reporting and territory planning.
- Team Contribution: Actively contributes to team culture and meetings through sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues to promote high performance & engagement culture
What We are Looking For:
- Bachelors Degree in science, nursing, pharmacy or related discipline
- Ideally 2+ years of hospital sales experience (oncology experience would be highly desirable)
- Strong Communication and relationship building skills
- Individuals with the ability to analyse territory performance and undercover areas of opportunity
- Experience in planning of educational events and stakeholder engagement
