About the Role:
As a Fulfillment Officer, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end processing of business banking transactions. Working as part of a dedicated Fulfillment Back Office team, you’ll support the documentation and settlement process, liaising with internal stakeholders and ensuring seamless delivery to customers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Processing transactions from start to finish
• Managing documentation and supplier information
• Coordinating customer communications and finalising settlements
• Collaborating with internal relationship managers
Details:
• Location: Sydney CBD
• Contract: 12 months
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (7.6-hour day)
• Office-based: 100% in-office initially, with potential for hybrid (up to 80% office) after 3–6 months
• Team size: Approx. 20 people
