This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in establishing a dedicated FP&A function and directly supporting the CFO in driving the financial strategy of a business with both retail and generation arms.

As FP&A Manager you will be responsible for

• Spearheading the establishment of a robust Financial Planning & Analysis function.
• Providing insightful financial interpretation and analysis of operational forecasting, with a strong focus on energy trading activities.
• Generating strategic financial insights to support key business decisions and capital raising initiatives.
• Developing and maintaining financial models to forecast performance and support strategic planning.
• Preparing financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Conducting in-depth variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, identifying key drivers and recommending actionable insights.
• Collaborating closely with operational teams to understand business performance and provide financial guidance.
• Supporting the development and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance management frameworks.
