About the Role
You’ll step in as a Site Foreman, taking the reins of a major Senior Living project. From structural works to detailed finishes, your expertise will be vital in ensuring smooth delivery, quality outcomes, and satisfied clients. This is your chance to own your site and drive a respected project to completion.
We're looking for someone who thrives across all stages of a build—structural, joinery, and fit-out—and has delivered projects over $2M AUD in Australia. Your ability to lead and elevate a team on-site will be key.
Your Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of the project
Coordinate trades, ensuring delivery to spec and safety compliance
Induct subcontractors and onboard them to client standards (FFE, disability access, layouts, etc.)
Plan and prepare detailed construction programmes
Conduct site inspections and testing to BCA standards
Ensure all OH&S protocols are met and documented
Maintain daily site reports and liaise closely with the client
Troubleshoot issues proactively and keep the project on track
What You Bring
2+ years in a Foreman or Senior Foreman role
Carpentry or Joinery trade qualification
Solid experience on high-spec fit-out or aged care/Senior Living projects
Strong leadership and communication skills
High standards, strong problem-solving ability, and a calm presence under pressure
A positive, can-do attitude that uplifts those around you
