As their project pipeline continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced Finishes Foreman to join their high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in high-profile projects while growing your career with a company that truly values its people, their expertise, and their craft.
The Role
- Finishes Foreman on a $75m development
- Working collaboratively with your Site Manager and Project Manager to achieve key milestones and drive programme
- Ability to work autonomously looking after structures and managing large numbers of trades and direct staff
- Excellent build knowledge and people management
- We are looking for a foreman who can both work within a large team but with the ability to work autonomously as required
Experience/Qualifications Required

- Trade or Tertiary Qualifications in Construction
- A track record in delivering large scale projects within Australia with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 head contractor in a supervisor role
- Strong build knowledge and ability to work autonomously
- An ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholders alike
