Safety Business Partner
We're seeking a proactive and people-focused Safety Business Partner to lead safety culture, compliance, and risk initiatives in a high-risk, operational environment. This role partners across various teams to deliver meaningful safety improvements and coach frontline leaders.
Key Focus Areas:
... Champion a proactive safety culture and coach teams on best practices
Ensure compliance with various regulations
Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions
Deliver training on safety systems, fatigue, and emergency response
Engage with regulatory bodies and support audit preparation
Drive continuous improvement and contribute to strategic safety planning
You’ll Bring:
Qualifications in WHS or a related field
Experience in high-risk environments
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
In-depth knowledge of safety legislation and systems
A passion for safety and a collaborative, influential mindset
Strictly onsite role — partnering hand-in-hand with operational and People & Culture teams.
