Key Responsibilities:
... Deliver high-quality customer service across phone, email, and face-to-face channels
Respond to enquiries efficiently, resolving issues at the first point of contact where possible
Navigate internal systems and knowledge bases to provide accurate and up-to-date information
Escalate or redirect complex queries appropriately
Maintain detailed records and manage service requests in a timely manner
Process payments and transactions with accuracy and in line with internal procedures
Work collaboratively with internal teams to support continuous service improvement
Identify and report on service delivery gaps and improvement opportunities
What we’re looking for:
Proven customer service experience, ideally in a high-volume or government setting
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confident problem-solver with a calm and professional approach
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A proactive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service
