Executive Assistant to CEO – Liquor Division
6-Month Fixed-Term Contract | High-Profile Role | Sydney-Based
We’re seeking a confident, detail-driven, and motivated Executive Assistant to support the dynamic CEO of a leading Liquor Division. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a fast-paced, high-performing environment where precision, initiative, and strong stakeholder engagement are essential.
Working side-by-side with the CEO and her senior leadership team, you’ll play a vital role in managing complex operations, streamlining communications, and ensuring executive-level support runs seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a complex, fast-changing calendar with competing priorities across business units
Coordinate national travel and accommodation through SAP Concur and third-party providers
Prepare detailed briefing packs, meeting agendas, and polished presentations
Liaise confidently with senior stakeholders including the GM of People & Culture
Process expenses, approvals, and invoices with speed and accuracy
Support internal meetings, events, and onboarding of new executive hires
Maintain clarity, structure, and efficiency across all executive touchpoints
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-suite leaders
Strong background in corporate, FMCG, or retail environments
Exceptional attention to detail and a natural ability to pre-empt needs
Confident communicator who builds trusted relationships quickly
High emotional intelligence and discretion under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and Concur
A motivated self-starter mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
