We’re looking for a confident and capable Executive Assistant to support the Executive General Manager, Retail, in a leading organisation within the liquor industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a fast-moving, customer-led business that values its people and culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a busy executive calendar, inbox, and travel schedule with precision
Prepare polished meeting documents, presentations, and internal communications
Coordinate internal meetings, events, and leadership forums
Process expenses and invoices, and maintain smooth admin operations
Be a trusted liaison for internal and external stakeholders
Support new team members with onboarding and general office support
Assist the wider leadership team with meeting logistics and follow-ups
What You’ll Bring:
3+ year's experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced setting
A warm, professional communication style with a proactive mindset
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
High discretion, attention to detail, and emotional intelligence
Ability to multitask, prioritise and adapt in a dynamic environment
