About your next role
In this vital role, you will provide high-level support and coordination directly to the CEO to ensure the smooth operation of ALPA's executive leadership.
- Manage, prioritise, screen and gate keep the diary, email inbox, phone calls, meeting preparation and travel arrangements for the CEO
- Manage the process, timetable, minute taking and travel for General, Board, Annual General Meetings, Key Management meetings, Training and workshops, including the preparation of papers and minutes and organisation of attendees.
- Be the contact point for enquiries regarding meetings, and committee requests.
- Proof reading of Annual Report.
- Prepare agendas and take minutes for meetings that are chaired by the CEO.
- Prepare expense reconciliations, purchase orders, and receipt invoices for the CEO.
- Undertake electronic and manual document management.
- Coordinate special projects as advised by the CEO
What you will need to succeed
... You are a highly self-motivated and professional individual capable of prioritising a complex workload in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Significant experience working as an Executive Assistant at a senior level
- Highly effective interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt communication to suit people from all education levels and ethnic origins
- Proven capacity to link your daily activities to the company’s values and mission
- Strong organisational skills with a high degree of discretion and gate keeping ability
- Qualifications in Business Administration are highly desired but not essential
