The Opportunity
Located in the heart of the Adelaide CBD, you will provide seamless, high level secretariat support to senior leadership. This role suits a proactive professional who thrives in a fast paced, confidential and evolving landscape.
Your Key Responsibilities
Governance: Secretariat functions including minutes of the meeting, preparing agendas, setting up board meetings.
Executive Coordination: Expertly manage complex calendars, meeting schedules.
Strategic Support: Prepare high quality presentations, reports, and briefing papers for senior executives.
Communication & Correspondence: Draft professional responses to sensitive information requests and manage high level stakeholder inquiries.
Administrative Excellence: Oversee records and file management systems while providing comprehensive, confidential support.
Project Assistance: Conduct research and provide administrative duties for key agency projects as required.
About You
To be successful, you will demonstrate:
Proven EA Experience: Solid track record of supporting senior leadership, preferably within a complex or regulated environment.
Technical: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Reliability & Integrity: A steadfast commitment to confidentiality and a high level of professional ethics.
Efficiency: Honed time management skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities in a changing environment.
