Key Responsibilities

• High level Administration support: Including processing of invoices, mail merges, government procurement processes and documentation
• HR process support: Including recruitment panel support.
• Governance functions: Executive Secretariat functions, setting up meetings, calendar management, event coordination, recording minutes of the meeting.
• Project support: management of stakeholder databases, writing and coordinating briefings and reports
• High Level Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for Senior Executives and Government agencies
• Record Integrity: Ensure meticulous preparation of correspondence, maintaining a high level of accuracy in a fast paced environment.

Selection Criteria

• ​Previous Government experience in a similar role is highly regarded.

• Executive Administrative Expertise: Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives, with a proven ability to manage complex workloads under limited supervision.

• Exceptional Communication: Highly developed verbal and written skills, with the ability to write concisely and represent the Department professionally to stakeholders.

• Problem Solving & Initiative: A proactive approach, implementing solutions independently.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
