Position Overview
As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Games Delivery, you will provide high-level executive and administrative support. Your responsibilities will span diary and travel coordination, expense management, project assistance, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Games Delivery division.This is a pivotal position requiring discretion, agility, and a proactive mindset. Given the ever-evolving nature of working on an Olympic event, your priorities will shift, and you must be comfortable managing changing and competing demands while supporting the broader team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Chief Games Delivery’s complex diary, including meetings, appointments, and travel
- Coordinate travel and accommodation, prepare itineraries, and manage expense reconciliations
- Oversee inbox and document management, ensuring timely communication and filing accuracy
- Provide logistical support for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
- Support financial processing and administrative reporting
- Contribute to continuous process improvements across the division
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Provide general office and facilities support where required
Experience and Skills Required
- Experience supporting a Chief Executive or comparable senior executive is highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
- Meticulous attention to detail, with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
