This role requires a commitment of 76 hours per fortnight and offers an attractive hourly rate of $54.72.
About the Role:
As an Executive Assistant, you'll provide high-level administrative and executive support to senior leadership within the council. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the executive office.
Key Responsibilities:
... - Preparing and compiling comprehensive reports, agendas, and minutes for various meetings.
- Drafting and managing high-quality correspondence.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.
- Effectively liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders, building strong professional relationships.
- Managing complex calendars and coordinating meetings.
- Undertaking general administrative duties as required to support executive functions.
About You:
You'll be a highly organised and detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in a similar high-level Executive Assistant role. Your ability to anticipate needs, manage priorities, and maintain confidentiality will be key to your success.
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Significant experience as an Executive Assistant, specifically within a local council or similar government environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in preparing accurate and professional reports, agendas, and minutes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to draft effective correspondence.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a professional demeanour.
- Proven ability to liaise effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
