We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented B2B Marketing Coordinator with a focus on events and sponsorships to contribute to our continued success. In this role, you will report to the B2B Marketing Manager and be responsible for the coordination and execution of a wide range of marketing activities, campaigns, and initiatives. We are looking for a self-starter who can take ownership of their projects and see them through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end coordination and project management of key marketing and engagement events and activities.
- Coordinate a variety of marketing projects and campaigns across multiple channels, supporting the B2B marketing calendar.
- Effectively manage and complete marketing requests while keeping relevant stakeholders informed of progress.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various media, including email, social media, and sales channel materials.
- Coordinate the development and rollout of marketing collateral and merchandise in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, as well as associated costs and invoicing.
- Collaborate with the digital team to brief in website updates.
- Actively contribute to the marketing planning process in consultation with group marketing stakeholders.
- Provide monthly reports on marketing expenditure and invoicing for merchandise and social media components.
- Offer ongoing support to the Marketing Managers within the B2B team.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:
- 2-3 years of experience in a Marketing role.
- Proven experience in the day-to-day management of external suppliers, such as print and merchandise providers. Experience with campaign coordination and reporting.
- A Bachelor of Commerce/Business with a major in Marketing or a similar field.
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities.
- A keen eye for detail with the ability to accurately proofread and ensure brand guideline adherence.
- The ability to multitask and manage a variety of tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- The ability to write high-quality marketing briefs.
