We are seeking an experienced and proactive Enterprise / Business Systems Specialist for a 6-month contract to play a pivotal role in the ongoing management, improvement, and optimisation of TechnologyOne (TechOne) ERP SaaS platform and other critical enterprise systems.
In this role, you’ll work closely with Business System Owners (BSOs), vendors, and internal teams to capture, prioritise, and manage fixes, enhancements, and full lifecycle releases of key platforms, with a focus on vendor and contract management. This position is critical in ensuring that enterprise systems remain secure, performant, and aligned with evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the operational support and lifecycle management of key enterprise systems including:
TechnologyOne ERP (SaaS): Finance, Supply Chain, Payroll, HR, Asset Mgmt, Student Mgmt, and more.
Salesforce: Student Applications, Marketing & Communications, Business Development.
Moodle (StudentWeb): On-premise Learning Management System.
Protecht: OHS and Risk Management (SaaS).
Supporting SQL Databases for various on-premise systems.
Chair the TechnologyOne Platform Management Group (T1 PMG), ensuring business needs are translated into actionable platform enhancements.
Partner with BSOs to triage and prioritise system issues and enhancement requests.
Coordinate all release, testing, change control, and documentation processes for TechOne and other systems.
Oversee vendor performance, ensuring contractual obligations are met and service levels are maintained.
Ensure platform reliability, performance, and compliance through strong incident and problem management practices.
Manage Level 2/3 support, root cause analysis, and operational escalations.
Maintain system documentation and ensure effective access and security management across environments.
Key Skills and Experience
Proven experience in enterprise SaaS platform management within a complex, multi-system environment.
Strong release and change management skills – ideally across full software development and operations lifecycle.
Experience managing TechnologyOne ERP systems (or similar large ERP platforms) is highly desirable.
Demonstrated success in vendor and contract management within SaaS ecosystems.
Solid understanding of enterprise application support, incident resolution, and operational troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with a focus on collaboration and alignment with business objectives.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Moodle, Protecht, and enterprise data replication preferred but not essential.
Experience supporting SQL databases and on-premise integrations.
