Are you an Employee Relations Specialist ready to take on high-volume ER challenges in a dynamic environment?
Randstad HR Partners are keen to speak to Employee Relations Specialists for their Quick Service Restaurant client. This is for an ASAP start on a 3-month contract. Based in Sydney's inner city (4 days a week on site), you'll join a fast-paced team managing national ER cases (with approximately 20-25 average open cases at a time).
You'll be crucial in:
Triaging a high volume of national ER cases.
Working lower tier cases end to end, driving fast and effective resolutions.
Maintaining a fast-paced workflow to manage volume efficiently.
We're looking for someone with:
Proven confidence in managing high-volume ER cases.
Background ideally in Quick Service Restaurants, Hospitality, or Retail.
