Role Overview:
The EL1 Scrum Master is responsible for leading and supporting the delivery of complex work aligned with service design and improvement priorities. This position operates under broad direction and requires resolving issues and risks across a wide range of detailed activities. It also involves supporting team leaders in planning and coordination while delivering high-quality outcomes.
The role will oversee sensitive or high-impact projects with multiple interrelated tasks that contribute to strategic and operational goals. Stakeholder engagement is key, including representation and negotiation to advance project outcomes across government and partner forums.
